All students (new or returning) must complete an “Application for Admission” form which will be reviewed for approval by the CHCS Admissions Committee.  Admission is not guaranteed.  Deadline for application for admission is June 30, 2008.  Applications submitted after June 30 will be considered on a space-available basis.
